
By Booking an apartment with Superior World Vacations, you agree to abide by the following terms, conditions, and policies:
1. Reservations (Pre-bookings)
a. Confirmed reservations are guaranteed for 24 hours.
b. If there are multiple requests then the person who sent the reservation form first, as indicated by the time stamp of the
email, will have twelve hours to decide before the choice is given to the other buyer—both will be notified of position and time.
2. Rates
a. Rates are based on numerous variables and may change at any time without notice.
b. Rates change on a daily basis and unless there is a confirmed reservation with a quote then rates inquired on a previous
date may be more or less depending on these variables.
c. On top of the nightly rate, there is the following fees:
- There is an additional 30 Euros fee per transaction (reservation) for administration, check in/out, keys, etc.
- There is an additional 20 Euros fee for cleaning, per person for the entire stay.
- There is an additional charge of 45 Euros if the reservation is for a less than 3 night stay.
- If you check in later than 8pm (Paris time) there is an additional 30 Euro fee that will be collected by our greeter upon
your arrival. This will be paid in cash Euros.
d. These fees may be discounted or waived as a courtesy to a customer in certain situations.
3. Cancellations
a. Cancellations will not be accepted.
b. Once a deposit is made on a reservation, the booking is complete and the purchased dates and apartment become
available only to the buyer. Therefore, if one cancels, they must forfeit all deposits paid, because of the lost business and
advertising during the time the reservation was in place (even if it were only a day).
c. If possible, we will place someone else in the apartment for the dates relating to the desired cancellation. In the instance
that there can be a switch, the person canceling will be refunded all monies paid less €50 for the administration.
d. If for any reason there is a cancellation made and it is agreed that the customer should be refunded, the customer will be
refunded minus €50 for the administration. If the cancellation is due to the owner cancelling, a substitute apartment or
apartments of equal value will be offered to the customer. If the customer finds the alternative apartment(s) not to his/her liking
they are welcome to cancel and will be refunded all monies paid less €50 for the administration.
4. Security Deposit
a. Security deposit of $500 is mandatory.
b. Security deposit will be made at least 2 weeks before check-in.
c. If security deposit is not received before check-in, then tenant will not have access to the premises until payment is
received.
5. Security Deposit Refunds
a. Refunds will be processed and sent out within 2 weeks of check-out—less any monies needed to replace any damages.
b. If Paypal was used to pay the security deposit, then there is a small charge or $17 USD which will be taken out of the
security deposit before being refunded.
6. Apartment Problems
a. Any mechanical problems should be reported immediately to the local contact.
b. If problems that are not reported immediately result in damage to the premises, the money needed to repair problem will
be taken from the security deposit.
7. Arrival
a. Check-in is after 1 PM or 13.00 hours local time.
b. Tenant must indicate arrival time and notify local contact of any changes.
c. If tenant does not arrive at the agreed upon time, without contacting the local contact, there is no guarantee of taking
possession of premises that day. The monies paid for any lost day to the tenant will be kept regardless of whether possession of
the property was taken.
8. Departure
a. Check-out is at 10 AM or 10.00 hours local time.
b. If tenant has not removed all possessions, there will be a charge of €25 plus any cost associated with returning of said
possessions.
c. If tenant has not vacated the apartment when cleaning team arrives, and there is another tenant checking in on the same
day, there will be an extra day charge at whatever rate was paid.
9. Early/Late Check-in/out
a. Early/Late check-in/out may be possible.
b. There may be an additional charge of a half-day rate, as agreed upon before this option is selected.
c. The time allowed for either early/late check-in/out will be no more than 4 hours.
10. Payments
a. All payments should be made using Wire Transfers, Paypal, personal checks, or by paying with a credit card over the
phone. All payments will be in United States Dollars (USD).
11. Occupants
a. All occupants will be held responsible through the tenant, and should not exceed the amount of tenants agreed upon in
the lease. This could result in an additional fee.
12. Cleaning
a. Tenants will not leave the apartment in a state than what is considered normal. Tenants are not expected to make the
beds, vacuum, etc. They are expected to leave the apartment free of unrepairable problems and messes.
b. If the apartment is left is an extreme state, the additional time and energy to restore the apartment will be at a rate of an
additional €70, which will be taken from the security deposit.
13. Phone/Internet/TV
a. Phone is available in most apartments and instructions will be given at arrival.
b. Internet is available in all apartments, but we do not provide additional wires or connectors (Ethernet cords, etc)
c. TV is available in most apartments.
14. Items that are not included
a. Food
b. Detergent
c. Toiletries
d. Paper towels
e. Universal Adaptors, Etc.
15. Keys
a. If keys are given, the tenant is responsible for any lost or stolen.
b. Replacement keys are up to €100 and will be taken from the security deposit.
16. Insurance
a. Tenants are advised to contact insurance agencies to inquire about rental insurance.
