Beverley Cottage is a 150 year old semi-detached stone cottage situated in a quiet position in an attractive village in the Tay
valley between Pitlochry (9 miles) and Aberfeldy (5 miles). Strathtay is ideally situated for exploring the Central Highlands and is
only 1.5 hours drive north of Edinburgh. The village has a general store/post office (2 minute walk), a pub and a hotel. Across the
road from the cottage is a 9 hole pay and play golf course. For those seeking greater excitement white water rafting on the River
Tay can be booked at Aberfeldy. Fishing and shooting can be arranged locally.
Ground floor: Hall, sitting room with galleried library, split level kitchen/dining room, double bedroom (Queen sized bed) with
en suite bathroom with separate shower and WC. Twin bedroom with en suite shower room and WC. Drying room. First Floor:
Double bedroom with en suite bathroom and WC. The amenities include: wood burning stove in sitting room, microwave,
dishwasher, freezer, DVD player, video, CD player, washer/dryer, under floor and electric heating. Special notes: Sorry no
smokers. 1 well behaved dog only. No stair gate provided.

Other Notes • Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome in most cottages but must be under proper control at all times. No pets
other than dogs are permitted.
• One baby bed and one high chair is available on request for which there is no extra charge
• Extra maid service is usually available upon request and is paid locally
• All utilities are included in the rental price
• If you arrive outside of the acceptable arrival times you may be charged a late arrival fee
• Departures must take place before 10 am.
• If available, cook service must be arranged at least two months prior to arrival and is subject to the availability of the cook.
