The villa is located three kilometers from the small village of Peymeinade. In the heart of Peymeinade you'll find the
Church St. Roch surrounded by beautiful 18th century houses. While there are various musical and theatrical
events held throughout the year, there are also regular outdoor markets and antique fairs. The town of Grasse is
larger and is located only five kilometers from the villa. In addition to restaurants, cafes, shops, markets, and a
post office, Grasse is known for being the center of the French perfume industry and has several perfumeries with
a museum and tours. The Jasmine Festival is held every August and has grown considerably since becoming a
tradition in 1946. Today there are floats, fireworks, live music, and street performers. For some of the most
beautiful beaches of the French Riviera, make sure to take day trips to Cannes, Antibes, and Nice.

is a terrace furnished with a table and chairs that looks out to the garden. An outdoor kitchen has a refrigerator as

The villa has an attached one-car garage and the driveway can accommodate two additional cars.
